After six years in various positions in international banking groups present on the Macedonian financial market, in 2006 I got the opportunity to manage an international training center for bank managers. The nine years spent in that position shaped me even more as a manager but also helped me to discover my life mission – to transfer my knowledge to others and thus contribute to their personal and professional development.

When Tijana and I decided to establish Bold Consulting in 2015, we were driven by the same idea – to share our extensive professional experience with other entrepreneurs and help them transform their companies from good to great. It was a bold but noble step. I am grateful to all the clients and partners who helped us and are still helping us achieve our mission.

Today, behind me stand 22 years full of challenges, successes, and lessons learned. They all shaped me into an experienced manager, corporate trainer, and human resources expert, but I nevertheless still develop every day because I deeply believe in the power of knowledge.
