Until the establishment of Bold Consulting, my career mainly developed within an international banking group operating in the Serbian financial market. The ten years spent in various positions in the Group not only built me into a professional with extensive knowledge of the banking industry but also allowed me to discover my driving force – the desire to help others – clients, colleagues, and the company as a whole. When in 2014 I joined the team that managed an international training center for bank managers, I discovered another passion in myself – to help employees work on their development, and make the most of their potential, but to also help the company effectively manage its most valuable resource, human capital. I strongly believe in the idea that happy and satisfied employees lead to a successful business. That is why, for the last eight years, I have been actively working on creating a productive and constructive work environment for each of our clients.

Following the needs of our clients, particularly those arising from the growing threats to the safety and security of companies, I expanded my expertise in this field too. Today I am an authorized internal auditor of the international Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) for safety of goods in warehouses and distribution centers (FSR) and safety of goods transported by road (TSR), and the first Chairperson of the Regional Association of Authorized Economic Operators (AEO) in CEFTA.

In my work, I find it exceptionally important to establish and maintain a fair, professional, and transparent relationship with all clients and associates. I perceive the successful resolution of our clients’ problems as a challenge but also as the greatest reward.
